Russell attended the site (my home) to discuss the options and provided a prompt and very fair quote which I accepted. The job, (quite significant taking 2 days) was carried out by Jamie and Chris a short while later. They were always very friendly, organised and clean - the work was excellent. OVER A YEAR LATER, and a couple of the lights had stopped working and I contacted Russell. Within 2 days, everything sorted with no charge for the new lights or the service. Both the toilet unit and the sink unit have not been drilled to the wall, they’re just held in place by sealant. Not sturdy! Taps not connected the right way so hot comes out the cold and vice versa. Thorough checking of this company shows that they are a waste disposal company, they are not plumbers so shouldn’t have contacted me about my plumbing job!
