Neil is a very professional tradesman who works to high quality standards and did an excellent job on our bathroom refurbishment. During the whole process from agreeing our requirements (which changed), making quotations, carrying out the work (including additions) and invoicing, Neil communicated effectively with us and delivered on his promises. Neil did all the plumbing, tiling and electrical work himself except for plastering the ceiling. He is very conscientious and careful to do everything correctly.

Lee gave us a very reasonable quote and arranged to do the work the following weekend. He arrived promptly at the agreed time and worked almost non-stop. He did everything we had asked, plus a couple of additional jobs, and it all looks and works great. His work is very neat and he tidied up as he went along.
