Personable, did what he said he would. Came on time and explained costs breakdown. Needed cash to buy materials but did so dependably, at a fair price. We explained what we wanted and he did the rest. Also gave input on choices.

Graham and Dave have completed my job in full and to a really high standard. The quote given was competitive and no unforeseen extras added. They left the work area clean and tidy. I would recommend Cheslett Property Maintenance and I will hopefully be using them soon to complete my project.

Ivor undertook the initial measuring and quotes, putting us at ease with his suggestions and solutions. Then when the job started he and his team arrived in good numbers and on time. They were efficient, hard working and polite throughout, including when we asked to change 1 or 2 things. We had 3 pieces of work completed in just over 1 week, with payment only on completion to our satisfaction.

Thanks Raymond for a great job fixing the shed roof. Would recommend to anyone looking for a good price and a good tradesman. Came straight out when the roof blew off and got it looking a lot better and better quality than before. Thanks again

Robert and his son were excellent from start to finish. They worked to a high standard of professionalism, were polite and respectful of my home as well as ticking every box regarding what I had asked to be done. Knowledgable and straight-talking, Terry was extremely helpful and offered a lot of experience to back every suggestion. Didn't give the Job to Gareth, however this was not a reflection on anything about Gareth. He was prompt polite and knowledgeable, it just came down to me needing the bottom price even though Gareth's quote was very competitive. I had to go with the cheapest for me.

Proper nice people. Two turned up for the job which 2 people were needed for. I loved the way they got on together. Singing , laughing and joking. Exactly how it should be. Did a great job. Professional and respectful. If any other jobs need doing I wouldn't hesitate to hire these guys.
