Guy called me in the morning - came to look at the job - gave me price - gave him the green light and did it straight away - he identified some additional scope whilst on the roof. We agreed a small extra charge. Job was done in no time. Cleaned up afterwards. Even though job didn’t take long, I was happy to pay price.
