Luke communicated efficiently at every stage in our effort to bring our communal hall up to present fire regulations. His working knowledge of what would be required was invaluable. The quotation was comprehensive and a fair price. The work which was carried out over several days was excellent & carried out in a professional manner. He cleaned the area after each day & all the residents thought he was pleasant & agreeable. I can wholeheartedly recommend Luke & his company. We will definitely use him again.

Paul laid paving and lawn in my daughters garden, he did an excellent job, it's made such a difference and has transformed a miserable garden into a lovely space that they can use all year round, I would recommend his workmanship, he was a really nice person arrived always on time and did a great job.. I couldn’t be happier with my new staircase! Barry was friendly and professional, and BJS have done a great job. matt did kitchen worktops for me. his work is to the highest standard, and i shall not hesitate in calling him again. as a local builder myself i shall recommend him to others. the job i asked him to do for me, was not straight forward, quite a few complications, but he overcame them all to do an excellent job.

We told Pedro what we wanted and he did some CGI images for us, we chatted on the phone about stuff and also things we liked. His attention to detail was brilliant, he worked quickly and kept us up to date with the projects development with pictures. Nothing was too much trouble, and we couldn't be happier with the completed job. In fact we have divided this project in two, phase one is now done and we will start phase two early next year. First time using Rated People and it was first class great online communications and follow up processes. Mike Baker was first rate from initial call back through to completion. Took time to talk through requirements, meet on site to survey and estimate the work, providing a clear cost and timescale. Ben built us a shower room and plastered most of our downstairs to cover artex walls and ceiling. Excellent service from start to finish, Ben kept us in the loop at all times, giving us really good and creative advice. Delighted with end products.Would strongly recommend him and use again.

We found Kurt to be reliable, hard working and really easy to deal with. He put us in touch with another contact too, and together they worked as a team to re-build and fit our kitchen exterior wall with new bi-fold doors. Kurt also helped prepare our chimney for a new wood burning stove - overall a great job and the work of a high quality. Highly recommended - thank you!
