I had a professional experience from the first point of contact to the finish of the job. Jay & Jordan are both very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and stick to the agreement. It was a straight forward job, and that's exactly how they handled it. No complications. Handed over a clean and tidy site. Have asked them to quote for another job. Krzysztof started the job as the original plan however, our door supplier (Doorweb) let's us down badly by sending a wrong frame. Krzysztof was very helpful and rearranged the installation. His quality of work and craftsmanship has been excellent. He pays attention to details and the finished product is very good. His quotation was reasonable and it is good value for money. Kyle was very professional and fitted our worktops to a very high standard. He had a couple of technical issues to workaround due to the depth of some of our units but he had no problem sorting it out. I'd definitely recommend Kyle for any carpentry works.
What started as a great quote for installation (super value for money!), ended with a great kitchen being fitted. Throughout Dave and his team of specialist trades have been reliable, friendly and focused on good quality. The entire process had minimum stress – the work was well organized, everything was always left clean and tidy, we were clear on how things were progressing and what was coming next. Mark came round almost immediately and provided a quote very quickly. His prices were very competitive and he provided me with references, all of whom gave him glowing feedback. I have had an oak floor laid and woodwork replaced and I am very please with the results. Mark will be laying decking in my garden in the next couple of weeks. I have a lot of work to be done in my house and intend to use Mark for all of it. Not only is he a skilled tradesman but he is a genuine guy, who I am happy to recommend.
