Tony (Fenton Building Services) and his team have just finished building a conservatory at the side of my house and I am absolutely delighted with it. From the start Tony and his team showed true professionalism, commitment and dedication to the job, providing a high standard of workmanship at a very reasonable price. M&M Construction did a fantastic job and gave us exactly what we had wanted. From the start, they were easy to work with and understood our needs completely. Even with a few changes along the way, the job remained on schedule and on budget. Their advice was really helpful and the standard of finish was very high indeed. We had access to running water and a working oven throughout the entire process which was very much appreciated and the site was tidied at the end every day. Would highly recommend them.

Paul laid paving and lawn in my daughters garden, he did an excellent job, it's made such a difference and has transformed a miserable garden into a lovely space that they can use all year round, I would recommend his workmanship, he was a really nice person arrived always on time and did a great job.. James is a pleasant young man whose standard of workmanship is very good. He understood the requirements of the job - transforming a very ugly toilet into an inviting one - he worked very hard to meet expectations - to which he succeeded. Steve is a first class tradesman, knowledge, skill, and ability is excellent, he did a loft conversion, installed steel beams, all timbers and decking for new 130sqm flat roof, studwork, installed staircase, Blockwork on extension, cement fibre cladding, will with out doubt use again and cant recommend or praise him enough, he came with a impressive portfolio of previous work, he can totally be relied upon and one of the rare tradesman where i don't have to worry about his workmanship,
