My names Tom, I have been in the real estate sector for over 10 years and have done everything from general property maintenance, new bathrooms, painting/decorating, demolition contracts and most recently constructed 9 ultra high spec homes. I have decided to further expand and diversify my business reaches and so my rated people account is new, however my experience in the industry is far from that. I am very well connected with all trades and can provide a top tier service for all types of project management no matter how big or small the job may be. I am also extremely capable at doing many manual labour jobs, but often favour a shorter timeline for my clients project completion and therefore prefer to draft in experienced trades to get the job completed. Tom was not hired on this occasion for my posted job. I tried to remove/close the job post, but a glitch means I can not do so. I can only place a rating. It would be unfair to rate Tom as anything less than 5 stars as he did communicate a quote but wanted 50% up front. If I had not found a tradesman with immediate availability, it may well have worked out differently.

Absolutely brilliant company, I can't rate them highly enough. Kind, considerate, good fun and thoroughly decent guys! They did a fantastic job on what I can only describe as a wasteland of a garden full of tree stumps. I would highly recommend them, their work is excellent, I can't fault them. The only negative bit was saying goodbye to them. They will be the first people I call if I ever need any work done! Thanks Gareth and all the lads!
