Great experience working with Cosmin and his team. Cosmin's communication was prompt throughout the work, and additional requests by me during the job were met with patience, and solid advice. Cosmin and Alex worked hard and got the job done efficiently, but always with a focus on making sure we were happy. I have already recommended Cosmin, and will also be hiring him again for another project.

Trusted Maintence did an excellent job building a bespoke cupboard for my living room. Karl was knowledgeable and took time to understand exactly what I was looking for. His measurements were precise, communication was clear throughout, and the pricing was very reasonable. The finished cupboard is exactly what I wanted, with a well executed replication of period charm. Overall, a professional and reliable service that I would use again and recommend.

AJ did a great job repairing our shed roof - initially he quoted for replacing the felt but when he inspected he said it could be repaired saving us money. He kept us well informed about the job - we would recommend his company.

I would highly recommend these guys - I had my existing kitchen ripped out and replaced with a new Wren Kitchen. Ross who will come round to provide the initial quote has a great eye for detail and sets high expectations from his workforce, and they certainly delivered. Although slightly dearer than a couple of other quotes it was well worth it as the end product was immaculate along with some beautiful tiling. They were also very neat and tidy and communicative of progress. All in all one happy customer

Ken was by far the most professional builder that came round to quote for the work. He explained what would be required to complete the work. Including building regs and structural engineer requirements. Therefore we were pleased that ken's quote was slightly cheaper than the others we recieved. The work was completed to agreed timescales and a very high standard with minimal impact and fuss. I have no hesitation in recommending ken and will contact him first before posting a job for future planned work

This man was fantastic He put a cat flap into a brick wall , he even went further as to put shelving for the cat to walk along as i am in a first floor flat, he was very pleasant , cleaned up after himself , and very reasonable rates, I would recommmend him to any one that needs his skills without a doubt . Really happy with every aspect of Tony's work. He completed 12 different jobs for me in the end and each was to a high standard, plus Tony went the extra mile finding solutions to problems and recommending alternatives when required. Tony's customer service is a cut above your average tradesman too (in my experience). He arrives on time, works long days and keeps you informed of costs and plans every step of the way. Thoroughly decent bloke.

We love Georgi! He has built us a new garden wall, followed by a bin store / green roof and a side shed / tiled roof. I have asked him to quote for 2 other projects. He's honest, nice mannered, polite and friendly to the neighbours and a perfectionist in his work. Amazing. I couldn't recommend him higher. The whole street has realised. Can see him having a long waiting list soon...
