He had a problem with the parts he used and he came straight back to us again and again until in the end he changed the parts completely. I do most jobs from small jobs like laminate flooring all the way upto 2 storey extensions. For the larger jobs I have a reliable team of builders including electricians, plumbers and bricklayers. Joe and Martin did an excellent job of taking off the existing varnish on our very worn external windows and doors, sanding back to bare wood and re-varnishing. No job was too much for them. They went to the trouble of getting the varnish we asked for and the brand of paint we wanted for the fascias and soffits. Joe was excellent at communicating what time they would be turning up. They were extremely polite, tidied up after themselves every day and left no mess. We would not hesitate to recommend them.
A full kitchen refit including appliances. Rory did an excellent job I cannot fault him in any way and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him. In my opinion he is a first class joiner.
