Very expensive, sent two people out who both failed to diagnose the problem and, in one case made the problem worse and then the ultimate repair cost more expensive. They come across as very helpful - but there doesn’t seem to much vetting of the tradespeople they use. Not recommended.

Ross was excellent from start to finish. He came out and gave an initial quote which was similar to other quotes we received. However, Ross was willing to investigate and repair a pipe before installing our water tank that others were unwilling to do. I really appreciated his excellent communication throughout the 2 day job. The work was carried out to a high standard with little disruption. Thanks again.

Initially very responsive and professional at temporary fix for initial problem. Agreed to return to provide proper longer-term solution but never turned up - twice - on agreed dates. No communication or explanation despite being chased via e-mail, text and phone calls.
Done an excellent job of installing new boiler, radiators and pipes. From quote to completion everything went smoothly. Communication was spot on and Scott arranged all the necessary trades to get this job completed in one day. Banter was pretty good too. Would definitely use again.
