Very professional. I received a very detailed quote. A breakdown of all costs and description of the work to be carried out (following a visit), the day after adding the job to this site. Although it wasn't urgent, they fitted me in as soon as they could, about a week later. Arrived early on the allocated day. The job took exactly as long as was estimated. Very polite and considerate. Did the job on the gas boiler that was badly fitted in a brand new house and no problems and left us saying it will be fine when the water starts running through it. An hour later we started to get a leak and they cancelled a job to get back to us ASAP pulled up some carpet and sawn through the floorboards and ceiling to get to the problem to fix it properly. Mostly a good service but some bathroom work had to be re-done because the plan wasn't followed. Their communication wasn't good and things that they said would be done were not. I was surprised to find they were storing their equipment in the new bath. Fortunately, no damage was done. Overall rating 3.
