We are a small but capable building company. The images attached to my profile shows our current project. 6 new homes in Dursley. These are 5x 3 story homes and 1x 2 story home. This project has been completed over the last 14 months with some major structural complications that we have over come with skill and perseverance. 3 types of retaining walls implemented to help secure the land. Complicated foundations, both in depth and location. 36 pile foundations at a depth of 9 meters. My company can provide a structural engineer, architect, our own in house Gas safe engineer and all the trades to complete your project no matter how small or big. For those that require it we are registered with Advantage Structural Warranty allowing us the ability to offer a 10year structural warranty for new builds. We had several quotes for a complete new central heating system. DJ Phillips offered good value and the option of a ten year warranty, so we chose them. Dave and Harry were processional and polite and managed to complete a potentially very disruptive process with as little trouble as possible. I would definitely recommend them and will be getting them back is we ever need more done.

This was a relatively small job, fixing a new fire, surround and mantlepiece. A new cowl and chimney pot was also fitted. The work was done on time, within budget, and we were impressed by the way the work was carried out, the attention to detail (including clearing up afterwards) and by the knowledge and expertise shown. We would use the same firm again, if required.

James was very reliable, staying in touch before the job was done which helped my confidence. He quoted on exactly what we asked for. He turned up as promised.
