The Engineer didn't fix anything, he just told me I had a faulty diverter valve. So I paid 120 pounds to you and £120 pounds to him and nothing was fixed That is far to expensive for a pensioner

Not the best experience. They came out and looked at my combi boiler because I had no hot water. They seemed unsure about what the issue was and had to phone a helpline for advice which didn’t fill me with confidence. After diagnosing what they thought was the issue I was told that it would need a part which would need to be ordered. I agreed and was told that it could take a day or two for it to arrive. I waited and heard nothing so I decided to send a text and call them a few times but I got no response.
Very honest , transparent, and polite team , providing a service from concept design to finished product Unfortunately last job was unfinished due to an accident in filey in where I drowned trying to rescue someone in the sea Tragic failed rescue has miraculous happy ending , on youtube I suffered memory loss and severe problems after this and after working for another firm for short while I am ready to start again on my own so please take this into consideration with my last review
Unfortunately, over 12 months into the project, it is still not finished. There were a few circumstances outside of Tom's influence, but the delay's have been accompanied by repeated lies about finalising the project, and poor quality of the work that has been done.

This firm sub contracted out the work to a local plumber/carpenter who I found difficult to contact. I needed a new shower as he said he couldn`t repair it. I selected the cheapest one as I am upgrading my bathroom later this year. He couldn`t get it straight away so I selected a dearer one which he fitted. He then told me he was going away the next day. If I hadn`t selected the dearer one I would still be waiting! There is some moisture leaking but I really don`t want him again so I`ll wait and see.

I specialise in boiler and central heating repairs and maintenance mainly, I am a Combi boiler specialist. Specifically I work mostly on the Vaillant ecoTEC, Worcester Greenstar, Ideal Logic and Baxi Duo-Tec range of boilers, but I have accumulated a vast amount of experience on most makes and models.
