He was quite thorough in his assessment of which radiators require more attention and also offered some refreshingly honest advice on how to reduce the impact of sludge build up in the heating system. Initially very responsive and professional at temporary fix for initial problem. Agreed to return to provide proper longer-term solution but never turned up - twice - on agreed dates. No communication or explanation despite being chased via e-mail, text and phone calls.

Hot water heating and plumbing have been installing bathrooms and all other aspects of plumbing and tiling for 25 years
Cancelled on the day of the job, re arranged for the following week. Never showed up on the rearranged day, ignored texts and phone calls. Wasted two weeks, we won’t be able to get the job done now as we’ve run out of time.

Had Eduardo put washing poles into garden and he did not allow concrete to set properly so poles were leaning inwards and wash line therefore sagging therefore unable to hang any washing up. Asked Eduardo to come back and fix issue and he wanted to charge me for the whole job again! After frequent discussions some of which were him being very curt in his response, he still hasn’t,so I am left with an unusable washing line. Poor professionalism and attitude.
Rubbish, never even phoned or returned my calls.

The fact he didn't get back to me despite texting me to tell me he could do the job was very poor service. Even had he said he was too busy etc that would have been fine - very disappointing!
