I had an incredibly frustrating experience with Scott. I scheduled an appointment to have a boiler installed, but they stood me up not once, not twice, but three times! Each time, I was made to wait for hours with excuse after excuse about delays, only for them to never show up. What makes this even worse is that they knew I had other appointments afterward, yet they completely disregarded my time. Their lack of professionalism and respect for my schedule was appalling. Prior to being self employed I gained experience working as an engineer for Baxi Group (Baxi, Potterton, Main, Valor and Powermax). I completed my initial training with BG after which I served as an engineer for them before joining Baxi. I have been self employed now since 2013 and have a growing regular customer base.
pleased to get boiler serviced and new thermostat installed. Turned out to be bit more of a job than anticipated but Martin was super patient and everything is up and running perfectly.

Chris and Dan are v professional and polite. They have competitive prices which does not mean that they scrimp on the high quality of their work. Chris contacted me immediately, met me that evening and commenced work within days - v efficient. The completed work was done to a high standard and the property was left neat and tidy (v, refreshing for tradesman!!) They will advise on work that would be useful but leave the final decision to you which illustrates their knowledge in their field of work.
