Unfortunately, over 12 months into the project, it is still not finished. There were a few circumstances outside of Tom's influence, but the delay's have been accompanied by repeated lies about finalising the project, and poor quality of the work that has been done.

Unfortunately the weather interfered BUT Karl re-arranged for a couple of days later. He gave details of the different solutions and I chose to have a new boiler installed which he ordered the same day and fitted 2 days later.
