Rude and offensive to two elderly people. Requested nearby help, and they were from a long way away.They demanded cash so we had to to to a cash machine with them following . When told that we would complain ...one man came aggressively to my car and threatened us. The problem was a faulty light outside.....which cost over £250 to sort out. .. A very expensive 10 minutes spent at the house. .We were told it was the call out fee snd a full hour because that was what it was. Do not use this company .

Ryan renovated my upstairs and did an amazing job. I’m really happy with the work, he was professional, organised throughout the job. His quote was in depth, and communicated extra costs which occurred (due to problems found with the house being built in 1880) straight away. arrived on time, came to carry out an annual service of 3 air conditioning units. Explained the job and took pictures to show what further work needed to be done. returned to site the following day to complete the job and carry out a deep clean of the air conditioning units (this although originally unplanned was definitely needed i have asked for a quote for additional units for the site

The quotes been agreed on the same day and the tradesman has not got back to me despite sending messages a to him. The job has not been started yet as I have not got any further. He has absolutely not communicated with me. I had to rate him because he has not explained the reason. I did not want to rate him badly because there may be compelling reasons, this is the second bad experience in as many times I have had to use your website
