Ark Propert Developments were very professional in carry out the work required, at all times they kept us informed on progress and left the work area tidy when finishing each day and at the end of the job. We had new patio laid and painting and decorating done within the house and all was finished to a very high standard.

We can not recommend this company highly enough as the work has been completed now and was done quickly and very efficiently with the minimum of fuss. At the start the job was explained efficiently with no boring jargon. The staff completed the job that required heavy lifting and careful thought and now we have the window we wanted, which is huge, and the room was left totally neat and tidy. Nigel is very reliable & trustworthy. We had a quote within 24hours and the job was done within a few days. Nigel work is to a very high standard and we were delighted with our lounge. We will be using Nigel again in the future and we will be recommending him to all friends and family.

Great job done by Paul. Excellent quality of work. We had skirtings & facings replaced throughout the house, which Paul did...even although the walls of the house caused him some problems! He also glazed and hung three internal doors, again with the walls and door frames being less than forgiving. Paul arrived on time, completed the job...including additional ones...and cleaned up after himself. Would use him again, and would recommend him to anyone.

The quality of workmanship was very good and incorporated some joinery and plastering. Robert arrived on time. The work was carried out over a weekend and Robert did not ask for any additional charges to do this. He also invested significant time to ensure the end result was a good one. A+

Andy recently completed decking for us and also a small inside job to box in electric metres. We are very pleased with the finished jobs. Andy showed up when expected and finished the job when expected too. He has done a brilliant job and transformed what was a old crumbling patio into an amazing raised decking which is safe for the kids and will be great for sitting out. I can't recommend Andy enough. I can't rate Magic Builders highly enough, they are really reliable and professional and take a huge amount of care in what they do. I would recommend they to anyone and I have asked them to do more work for me as they did such a good job initially.

Joe supplied and fitted skirting boards and architrave in my living room. He was friendly, flexible about fitting in with my schedule and completed the work to a high standard. I am really very pleased with the work and have no hesitation in recommending Joe.

I can recommend this joiner. He checked our broken door day after my post and as it was urgent as he did everything day after. Doors and work are for reasonable price. If I will need joiner, will call this guys again. :)
