I would highly recommend Patrick. We had a problem with rising damp and the job was completed efficiently and to a very high standard. Patrick kept me informed throughout the process so I understood what work was being done and the house was left incredibly clean after both days of work. He was also easy to contact which makes the process much smoother and was friendly and professional. I will be using Patrick again for any future work needed!

Very pleased with Adapt Property Renovations. Prompt response to my post and came the very next day to view it. I gave a garage conversion project into a full en-suite bedroom to Radu. Radu surpassed all my expectations on his work ethics, (always punctual), work quality (highest level), integrity and affordable. He never cut corners and the final result shows. Radu spent as long as it took to get the job completed. I have used Radu for a lot of other smaller jobs since and he has been doing this very effectively and quickly. Well done Radu and thank you.

Kevin and his team did a great job from start to finish. I am very happy with their service. They exactly did that job what they quoted for. Furthermore, they were able to complete some extra repointing free of charge. I would definitely recommend them. I have now asked them to quote for a porch.

Dan carried out plastering and replaced the skirting boards. He was efficient, courteous and competent, completing the job much earlier than I expected. He was a very tidy worker, clearing up after he was finished. I would recommend Dan (I have already booked him for another job.

Tom was prompt and did rather more than he had contracted to do. He pulled in a small number of extras as the work progressed with very little added to the bill. It was good to find somebody prepared to do a number of small jobs.

Glen & Paul reboarded & skimmed the ceiling to a high standard, from start to finish the job was professional and the house was left in a tidy condition. Couldn't ask for more, extremely please with the job and the price was very competitive.

Gary Carter is working very hard on my garden which was in a badly overgrown condition. He has certainly made a difference and it is looking so much better. There is still some work to do and I am very happy with the work done so far.
