I had a professional experience from the first point of contact to the finish of the job. Jay & Jordan are both very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and stick to the agreement. It was a straight forward job, and that's exactly how they handled it. No complications. Handed over a clean and tidy site. Have asked them to quote for another job. Required a bit of an awkward shaped worktop to be installed.Two successive joiners from Rated People agreed to conduct the works but both frequently kept cancelling,turning up late and not responding to calls/texts. I went back to the website a third time and found Alasdair who agreed to the job.Unlike the other two companies,he turned on time and didn't let me down. I'm extremely happy with the standard of workmanship,especially as the job was quite complex and challenging. I would certainly recommend him

Did a tidy job considering wren surveyors poor measuring. Came back to complete the fitting of utilities the minute wren had been to install the worktop.

I'm a joiner with 8years experience working on Newbuild sites and private work. I currently have a contract on a building site meaning most of the work undertaken would be done at night and/or Weekends. Larger jobs will have time made for them with enough notice thanks.
