Couldn’t have asked for more from Chris and his team. Excellent workmanship. Bespoke work done to better than imagined. A real craftsman who was a pleasure to have in my home. Work carried out to an excellent standard, nothing was too much trouble. Will definitely be having Chris again for more work! Can’t recommend him highly enough.

Leon and Ashley did a very good job on my floors. I was unable to move my lounge furniture as for being too heavy. They did it with great care and arranging my room for me once the job was finished. A couple friends visited on Sunday and were amazed with the results Even Bow ( my German Shepherd) noticed the change and kept looking and sniffing at the floor. I really appreciated them working so hard they were given plenty of coffees, cokes, plus burger and chips. Thank you -Linda

Dave came on time to look at my job and said he would get back to me at the weekend with the quote as he did and having decided to use his services he came the day he said he would and on time witch you dont always get with some tradesman today. He was very professional and took pride in his work all In all he did a fantastic job and would not hesitate in recommending him .

The work carried out by John Ward was excellent. His advice was invaluable. When the original floor was removed we had a damp problem. John resolved this problem with good advice and the new solid wood floor was fitted with excellent precision. My wife is very pleased with the completed floor. I strongly recommend Kerrigan and team. I've had varied experience on Rated People in the past, but didn't want to leave tradesmen bad feedback. I have no such worry with DCP Lettings. They turn up when they say they will, work was completed at a good fair price and to a high standard. Kerrigan and team are courteous, polite, diligent and mindful of their work. In future I won't be looking on Rated People, I'll be hiring DCP Lettings and joining the ranks of people who can recommend a trusted builder.
