Gave me a quote, then changed saying i had told him i wanted the tiles taken down & replacing with cladding. Asked a few times for money upfront. Still waiting for an invoice & guarentee . You need to see the pictures and the job was for screeding. I had dug up the floor in the areas that were not level. You did not even hack of the old bumps and that’s just showing through. The self levelling was not spread every where and the floor is uneven not sure what point off paying £1500 was if I was going to get an uneven floor. After a day I had paid you £1100 and you were very aggressive in requesting difference. Paid you in full and the floor is bad there are cracks and stuff.

Updated review for 2024: Hired Mark to plaster my hallway and stairs. The stairs and ceiling are okay but the hallway is shoddy workmanship which is uneven and has trowel marks in it. Mark has unfotuntely refused to come back and told me I am just 'making a fuss'. I feel like he got his money so, now isn't interested in doing the decent thing - shame on you Mark. DO NOT HIRE IF YOU WANT A SMOOTH FINISH!
