Great finish to bathroom floor which was awkward as roll too bath had to be removed and replaced once floor done. Very happy with result. Job took longer than planned but Sam explained that he had overbooked jobs and had other ongoing projects. This was the only issue but he always explained delays.

John capped, rendered and made good the lead work on our chimney, he also replaced badly worn roofing felt along the eaves with the addition of " Felt Support Trays" which help stop the new felt from rotting. I'd highly recommend Alan and Kieron from ADK Building. They installed our bathroom to a very high standard from the plumbing through to tiling, installing underfloor heating and constructing custom made shelving to overcome a challenging job. Mark and his apprentice turned up on time, erected their scaffolding and repaired the lead on the back of the chimney. It took less time than he thought and adjusted the price accordingly. Having his own scaffolding makes a huge difference to both the price and timescale. Definitely recommended.

Richard has done a good job painting our garden fences with preservative. One possible drawback is reviews of preservative chosen by Richard suggests it is of poor quality so may not last too long. Job took a long time from initial enquiry due to very wet and windy weather all winter, but I was kept informed of delays throughout. Happy to recommend Richard.
