They had to do a work to resolve different ground levels in our garden and between us and our neighbours. They replaced fencing and posts to. They were a great bunch, turned up when they said, listened and turned my idea in reality. I have over 35 years building trade experience, carrying out a variety of jobs. A plasterer by trade but have also trained as a joiner. I recently went on a course to carry out locksmith work. I have full public liability insurance and am CRB checked.
We are a Managing Agent and the property is out of our area. However, we were sent a comprehensive quotation for the replacement of a fence and gate and on completion of the work we received photographs. Excellent job and job quoted and completed within a week.

Chris contacted me immediately, met me that evening and commenced work within days - v efficient. The completed work was done to a high standard and the property was left neat and tidy (v, refreshing for tradesman!!) Keith was exactly what we needed to sort out our ageing kitchen work top, he replaced the worktop and did some "tweaks" to plumbing, tiling and it looks like a brand new kitchen. Highly recommended and we want him back at home to do more work asap.

Paul of Forwood joinery fitted a new loft hatch for me. He was very prompt at giving me a quote which was very reasonably priced. The nature of the job was unavoidably messy but Paul tried his best to keep this to a minimum by covering the walls and carpet. I am very happy with the work he carried out and would definitely use him again. I have recommended him to friends, one of whom has since used his services. Thanks to Mark and his team for a great job. The price was excellent as was the quality of the work. The job was completed very quickly and would have been done even quicker had there not been a slight delay on the tiles arriving which was the fault of the supplier, not MD Property! I was taken up to the roof to inspect the work at close quarters and decided the chimney breast needed some TLC too. No problem, job done at minimal cost. Give them a call I really don't think you will be disappointed.
