Booked twice after confirming rate. First time he asked to change date. Agreed new time and date. Waited and he never turned up or contacted to say he wasn't going to do the job. Still need a cooker disconect and cap off. So I can move . No new communication.

I cannot find a single fault with these guys. I took a bit of a flyer by going with a company I had no dealings with and only a recommendation from this site, but it paid off. I always have some trepidation when contacting somebody to look at a faulty boiler, especially while being new to the area. What a relief to find an honest capable tradesman. Would not hesitate to use again. One negative however is that he must need a new watch because he arrived twenty minutes early!!
