Their work was unbelievably good well beyond my expectation, from the day they started they were punctual and hard working very skilfull no job was too hard for them. When they completed they left my property in clean state. I would use them again any time.

We contacted Mr Bone in April and paid him a 50% deposit (£1000) after he quoted a 5 week lead time. He kept postponing the date until in September we cancelled the job and asked for our money back. Despite receiving £200 he again failed to live up to promises to repay the remainder. We have issued a small claims court order and also a county court judgment against Mr Bone. A very disappointing experience

Valentin visited me twice to discuss what we wanted. He explained everything, showed examples, answered any questions and provided an itemised quote. He attended on the agreed dates to carry-out the work and was punctual. He with Abel, working methodically did an excellent job, completing it on time and they removed all waste.
