Hello I have a traditional joinery workshop were I make quality joinery using traditional methods .i aim to provide always a quality job I have been a joiner for over 30 years city and guilds qualification I mainly make windows and doors gates have worked on lots of grade 2 listed buildings to supply and fit windows and doors to match original woodwork
We contacted Mr Bone in April and paid him a 50% deposit (£1000) after he quoted a 5 week lead time. He kept postponing the date until in September we cancelled the job and asked for our money back. Despite receiving £200 he again failed to live up to promises to repay the remainder. We have issued a small claims court order and also a county court judgment against Mr Bone. A very disappointing experience

There were a couple of unexpected problems which they dealt with quickly & calmly, and when I changed my mind about some things they didn't make me feel I was being a nuisance at all, but went out of their way to make sure the end resut was exactly what I wanted. We contacted Ciprian for a quote to put up a shed for us in the garden. He promptly called us and gave us a price. Which we agreed. True to his word, he came on time and with all the tools required to complete the job. We were a little concerned as we had never used the platform nor met him prior. But he required no supervision from us, carried on quietly and very neatly completed the job. His workmanship is of an excellent standard and we have no hesitation in recommending him and will use him again.

the worst job ever i have seen i hired anthony as a professional to do some finishing touches on venetian plaster but he didnt do it he took a deposit then he disappeared for three weeks telling stories that he was sick or he didn't have time when he finally came to do the job he did it even worse than before came with one can of filler and made my walls a ugly color arguing that they couldn't be done better didn't return the deposit! i don't recommend it to anyone, do not pay deposit this person

Reasonable job but following issues. 1) Expensive maybe 30% higher than competition feel ripped off. 2) wall corners are showing large cracks after only 1 week. 3) I had to ask for them to clean up after themselves and also put dust sheets down at the start. 4) Offered hose so they could mix away from the house, but they refused and proceeded to mix holding bucket up the wall damaging my box hedging. 5) rendered walls have not been done below skirting board level, so i need to fill gaps myself in the wall.
