Highly recommended. The finish on the render is fantastic, the house looks great and at a good price. Stoyan fixed problems and issues as the job went on, advising us the best solutions, with alterations made at no extra cost. Stoyan was very clean and tidy, tidying up each day he left. Stoyan was friendly, professional and courteous at all times.

I've spent most my life working in and around London from loft conversions to some of the UK's most expensive houses. I take great pride in my work and am fast and clean so you'll have me in and out with no fuss. Been in the Midlands a year and have acquired many contacts already and have a some top quality guys who I use on the bigger jobs with myself. Fast work however great at time. We've noticed a lot of chipped tiles and missing grout. I've tried to patch up. Also uneven in places. I should have checked more clearly. They turn up.on time etc but check work after........more thoroughly than I did.

Leon and his team completed the work on my Garage Conversion in August 2022. From the outset Leon and his team were excellent, they gave me plenty of viable options and costs relating to those options to allow me to plan the build accordingly. They kept to the timetable and turned up every day they had planned to work at 8.00 AM, without fail. I Would definitely recommend Leon and team for any future build/repair.

Responded quickly and plumber visited today, temporarily stopped the leaking until the pipe can be replaced and bathroom re-fitted / completely re-furbished . Resolved the issue and prevented any further damage.
