Fatjon did the most fantastic job installing my bespoke Plantation Shutters into the bay window of my Victorian cottage. He was punctual, considerate, polite & the level of his craftsmanship was first class. The shutters look amazing & so much better than I had expected because of his finishing touches. In fact I asked him back the next day to do some other work for me. I honestly can’t recommend him highly enough.

Reasonable job but following issues. 1) Expensive maybe 30% higher than competition feel ripped off. 2) wall corners are showing large cracks after only 1 week. 3) I had to ask for them to clean up after themselves and also put dust sheets down at the start. 4) Offered hose so they could mix away from the house, but they refused and proceeded to mix holding bucket up the wall damaging my box hedging. 5) rendered walls have not been done below skirting board level, so i need to fill gaps myself in the wall.

Their own innate generosity led to a number of occasions when they offered help of some kind for me personally, when I was already dealing with a couple of other irritating jobs at the same time. Absolutely fantastic service. We had cracks in our two main bedrooms, hallways and living room that needed repairing whilst we were living in the house with a baby and small child. Tilly got three men on the job to get it all completed asap. The team worked flat out without breaks and got done in 2.5 days (Tilly quoted aprox 3 days). They did over and above what I’d asked them to painting areas they hadn’t even replastered to make the hose look fresh. Tilly quoted & charged very reasonably too.
