Polite, tidy, and customer focused. In my view Tony and Mark are excellent and versatile tradesmen. A difficult refresh of a marble bathroom not touched for 45 years. Most companies I’d previously spoken to wanted to rip it all out. We’re very pleased with the results. Thank-you. Overall 5/5. I’d shave a few percent off for planning. My advice is: if you value/need a hand holding service then budget at least double, probably more. Absolutely recommend. A high quality bathroom at a fair price.

Dave was very prompt and professional in carrying out the job. The work that he did was first class and was completed in a timely manner. We contacted Mr Bone in April and paid him a 50% deposit (£1000) after he quoted a 5 week lead time. He kept postponing the date until in September we cancelled the job and asked for our money back. Despite receiving £200 he again failed to live up to promises to repay the remainder. We have issued a small claims court order and also a county court judgment against Mr Bone. A very disappointing experience

Need to provide an update on my previous positive review. Robert installed the coat hangers to the wall, but after a closer inspection I found that he didn't install one coat hanger correctly and asked him to come back. He said he would come back, but failed to show up at the agreed date and time and not heard from him yet. I will now have to find somebody else to fix his mess.
