Malaki answered my request on Rated people to move my tv mount to the center of the wall in bedroom. We agreed a price and he was over the next day exactly on time to begin the work. Although complex the job required special tools Malaki was able to remove heavy tv mount from wall and refix in better position. He also caulked over empty holes to polish off properly. I found him dedicated and hardworking and would definitely use him again for other jobs too. Thank you for your great work Malaki!

A guy called Michael showed up, gave it all the large talk about what he would do. Gave him an address for another project also out of goodwill so he didn’t have to buy another lead. Promised to get back to me despite promising me he would return that week to do the work. Instead just ignored every phone call and message. He kept mentioning about wanting to do it in the evening…. This was impossible as it was a shopfront. Absolutely no balls, AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!

Fantastic worker. Nothing he can't do. The kitchen isn't quite finished yet, but his attention to detail is brilliant. I'll soon have a fantastic new kitchen. I've had over 10 years experience. Jobs I undertake are general handyman job like electrical, plumbing, central heating, power flushing central heating, painting decorating,kitchen and bathroom refit, fencing and groundworks. You can really do just about anything! How I normally charge is call out charge of £100 this covers the first hour then £50 an hour thereafter plus materials/ parking. Some services are charged at a different rate for example: emergency call out and weekend rate is normally higher rate. • power flush to central heating system charge is £450 including all chemicals and inhibitor to the system this covers six radiators any more than 6 radiators there is an extra charge at £100 per radiator extra .

Sunil turned up on time, reviewed the fault with the boiler and fixed it. Carried out a power flush, service, and reset the thermostat on the immersion heater. The heating is now running back to normal. Good, prompt and courteous service.
