Mr Allen arrived on time and gave very good advice and gave a very good quote. When the work was to be done again arrived on time and completed the work , to a very high standard. This building firm have been fantastic from the day they gave the quote to doing the work to an excellent standard. Iva kept me updated throughout the work being completed. I didn't have to buy anything. I just went and took pictures of all the items i wanted from B&Q and they went and collected the items and paid for everything at that time. They provided all receipts and told me of any additional costs of stuff that was needed to complete the work. Iva's dad and another worker arrived on time everyday. 5

The new insulation and acrylic render will need to be tested by time and weather - it's only been a weeks now - but I am happy with the appearance and the way the work was done. A minor disagreement about needing to apply sealant to laid-over sills was the only hiccup in an otherwise smooth process, quickly resolved. I had had a different (Bexleyheath-based) company re-render the other wall earlier, and in terms of quality, speed and communication Capital Renders wiped the floor with the other guys.
Initially a very prompt response, very tidy as the works proceeded and delivered a high quality of workmanship. Really pleased with the finished works and further advice given on following trades. Thank You.

He also replaced our shower in the en-suite and did a perfect job as well as replacing new flooring tiling and completely decorating the en-suite ..
