George and his team are experienced builders, replaced my front door with a custom frame/sidelights and raising the floor level in the hallway quite quickly - in fact, they were the only who came next day, gave a quote straightaway and were ready to start in just couple of days. Kevin turned up as arranged to assess job and followed up with a written quote. As with all building/repair work (especially on an old house) there were some teething problems, but Kevin listened and dealt with everything we discussed. Communication was excellent - he came and measured the door and provided a price the following day, which was very competitive, as well as a choice of installation dates. The best decision I made was going to rated people site for a tradespersons. Kevin contacted me after I posted the job. He came to see what needed done and we agreed price etc. Everything was done according to timelines and price. There were no surprises as sometimes happens with other contractors.
