I had some fencing replaced, some crazy paving taken up and gravel put down and a gate erected by these guys. The work was done to a great standard with minimum fuss and in a timely fashion. They do not use any sub-contractors so you know who you are dealing with throughout the project. The site was left clean and tidy too so I am more than happy to recommend SNC Building and Maintenance Service for similar jobs.

I would say the work carried out was good for the budget at hand. Very clean, tidy and fast workers. Had a minor breakdown in communication for the scope so please ensure you define the scope clearly. Friendly and cooperative. The work carried out was fit for purpose and completed within budget.

Decoration and renovation were great all round and offered the best advice out of all the people I looked at and the end result was much better because of them. We would highly recommend Mircea to anyone seeking plastering services. He was quick to survey and provide a cost without being pushy. Work commenced shortly afterwards with Mircea arriving on time and working a long couple of days. Clean, tidy, reliable and an excellent standard of work. We decided to contract Hugh to replaster the front room in our normal sized and quite dated terraced house. After giving us a very reasonable quote the job then turned out to be far more difficult than we all first thought, but the end price was still extremely reasonable given the work that had to be done. The end result and work quality is top notch, Hugh is a real professional and totally trustworthy. We will be employing him again for the rest of our house.

Daniel arrived in less than hour from my requesting a plumber. He was able to fix the leaking pipe there and then. It was great to have the problem fixed swiftly. He was friendly and I felt comfortable having him in my house.

We used Ervins to design and build a bespoke radiator cover, encompassing a shoe rack, in our hallway and to make and fit various shelving units around our home. He was personable, prompt and reliable throughout our dealing with him and provided a service that was excellent value for money. We would definitely use him again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to others.

Timing was not an issue. Unfortunately quality of the work was. We since were able to find someone we were much happier with, who did proper preparation and did not ruin our belongings by getting paint on them.

Milan and his team are currently 8 weeks through our building project, which includes removing two supporting walls, installing a new kitchen, windows, skylights and bifolding doors and autility room with toilet and shower. Although we still have a few weeks until the project is finished, we are very happy with the progress and worked carried out so far and find Milan and his team to be trust worthy, reliable and hard working. We are looking forward to seeing the final result ??????????
