They responded, they turned up when they said, and were able to do the job quickly which was important because the roof was leaking. They were polite and gave a number of solutions to each problem which we could then decide on our preferred course. The work was to a decent standard and they knew what they were doing. They didn't like it when I confirmed I would pay in full the day after the job was completed - sometimes it is not possible to pay late in the afternoon of the job being finished.

Job done to a good standard. However, still awaiting certificate. Messaged a few times and they said it was in the post but still nothing received.
They said they would take almost all day, but then announced they'd finished after 90 minutes (allowing for 30 minutes when they went away to buy petrol). They hacked a hydrangea I asked them not to touch, left many weeds and fallen leaves, cut off the tops of shrubs without attempting any shaping, and left one tall shrub untrimmed. Then they charged me £350 for 90 minutes of work by two men and a boy.
