wonderful locksmith, very knowledgeable. If you are worried about the lack of reviews, do have a listen to what he has to say first then make a decision based on that. It was what lead us to being happy to hire Tim. He did exactly what he was hired to do and gave advice on other areas of house maintenance. Very very fair in price, I would even say it is a good deal. Thank you so much for helping us out :) would hire again.

This was my first experience of using Rated People so I didn't know what to expect albeit I don't usually expect anything that way I don't end up disappointed. However, having chosen 1st choice as my preferred supplier over others that got in contact I am confident that I my decision was fully justified. My front door key had broken in the lock, and I was pretty desparate to get in. Mr Everett responded to my ad very quickly and I was able to get into my front door within an hour of posting it. He was verycourteous and the charge was very reasonable.

very pleased with service. very profesional, done a great job cleaned up after themselves eplained what they were doing and what they had done. arrived when they said they would and were great value for money. i need some other work doing in the near future and will be useing them again.

Easy to arrange the initial visit even on a weekend. Arrived early but apologised. Instantly quoted for the job with different options and explained each of them very well. Was able to carry out the repair job there and then and even tidy up some loose/redundant cables too. Would definitely use again if anything else crops up in the future.

Steve has the experience and equipment to deal with my electrical installation.House updated from old fuse box. He worked through a fault condition and I was billed as per estimate. I shall have some extra work at a later time.

BTS building is a lovely father and Son operation. They are hard working and keep you updated with plans, progress and working times etc. The quality of the build is very good and they are happy to offer ideas for slight changes to improve the usability of the space.

Adam was amazing from start to finish. He started from a empty kitchen and fully kitten our wickes kitchen to a very very high standard. Integrated appliances, oven, hob, extractor hood and Worktops all fitted perfectly. Adam is extremely professional and skilled, Woking around the features of our kitchen and was extremely accommodating when needed. Overall, very very happy and would highly recommend both for kitchen fit or other work (we since asked Adam to fit 9 new doors which were also excellently done)
