James did a fantastic job fitting our new doors, very professional, friendly and approachable. Would definitely recommend. The doors look great, a big improvement on what was there before, and our house was vacuumed afterwards leaving it in a clean and tidy state. Thankyou very much!

I would like to praise John on the electrical work carried out at my house. John is very professional & finished the job to a high standard. John is very keen to do a good job & works very hard to make sure he delivers a quality finish. He is friendly, helpful and positive. He always gave me good advice and was very keen to make sure that all my requirements were met to a high standard. BEST Electrical called us within minutes of me posting a request for a electrician and arranged a suitable time for all to carry out the work. Extra work was required as a result of the inspection and BEST Electrical were very understanding of our needs to get the work done quickly and arranged to come early the following day to carry out the work. I have no hesitation in recommending BEST Electrical, and will use them in the future and have already told my friends so they can use him as well. Excellent.

Luke could not have been more helpful. He was the first to email interest in the job and followed up with a phone-call. He then liaised with the tenants to arrange access, collected the key from the agents, did the job, gave the key back again, whilst keeping me up to date with everything that was going on. He then emailed the certificate and a quote for remedial work as soon as the job was done. He could not have been more helpful, efficient or organised. It was a pleasure to deal with him.
