John worked extremely hard to fulfil our brief & also had great vision when considering possibilities. He understood our needs and ensured all snagging was carried out before completion. All builders are currently pushed to the limit with supplies and staffing - John managed this to the best of his ability and was always polite, helpful and friendly.

AJ did a great job repairing our shed roof - initially he quoted for replacing the felt but when he inspected he said it could be repaired saving us money. He kept us well informed about the job - we would recommend his company.

IA home improvements were very helpful and well priced. They turned up early and started work immediately. The concrete slab was poured on the same day after breaking out the old concrete. Unfortunately, it rained late in the afternoon and the slab started to get pit marks so I contacted IA and he was back a few hours later to smooth the slab out again. Very happy with the service and I would definitely use them again.

I’ve been given 512 words to review Kyle and his team and only need one- AMAZING. However, I did warn Kyle, that I had so much to say that 512 might not be enough- I will try to keep it short and to the point! I have never met someone who is so enthusiastic and passionate about what they do. If his motto should be anything it should be ‘we can do that’ and he does it BRILLIANTLY. I wouldn't? recommend this firm as they promise to give you a disc containing still and moving pictures of your drains but they don't appear to know how to operate their camera. Consequently I only received a disc containing corrupted files, and when they re-took images of my drains i did not receive a file at all. And when I queried if a section of the relined drains was properly sealed they failed to return to my house. I recommend anyone not to part with any money until completely satisfied.

They were very dodgy and unreliable. They took all the agreed money but never came back to finish the job. I was left without a kitchen, cooking utilises and drinking water for two whole months as no other builders were willing to pick up the mess they left behind. The garden was a complete mess with concrete and heavy building rumble. I strongly advise people to be wary of hiring them.

Louis was very helpful and polite and did a great job. After unexpectedly having to come back he was prompt to reply, fitted us straight back in and made all the difference to my water leaks. George Bell came to work on some damp related issues in my flat in feb. since having completed the works the problems which first occurred have turned worse and George has been unwilling to get back in contact with me, despite chasing him for 5 months which only reaffirms that the job was poorly undertaken. The company main reception also seems to be a virtual reception so you can never speak with anyone helpful

We didn't know any tradesmen locally as we had just moved to the area, found Kevin on rated people and took the 'gamble' of booking him - so glad we did. Him and his team were reliable, honest, efficient, clean and tidy. He works to very high standards, talked us through every step of the way, did extra jobs for us which weren't originally quoted for at no extra cost. A genuine no-nonsense guy who knows what he's doing. We had a garage conversion done in less than 2 weeks, we'll definitely use him again. 5*

Excellent job, really friendly and helpful guy. Have already phoned Martin about a couple of other urgent jobs that have come up in the last few days - both toilet cisterns out of service, and he has come out and sorted them out today. The Drain People attended promptly to my request for a CCTV drains mapping found a pipe was uncapped responsible no doubt for the sogginess in garden and there was a buried manhole/inspection chamber that indicated a breach in regulations by the builder David wilson homes. Great job and helpful worker Paul if I recollect his name accurately.

Spoken to manufacturer of septic tank. Shown them videos and photos. They have said tradesman installed incorrectly. DO NOT USE!
