Mr Belshaw was a pleasure to have around the property. His quote was comprehensive and competitive for the work. He communicated well about the process and I felt fully informed about what was being done and why. His lead time to beginning the job was short and the work was completed quickly and to a very high standard. The clear up each day was excellent and at the end of the job the property was left tidy and clean. I am extremely happy to recommend this tradesman.

Matty done a fantastic job at my property and had it ready in time for my new tenant as promised. He is very polite, punctual, true to his word and knows what he's doing. ASL responded to my query very quickly and came the next day to give me a quote. The quote was very reasonable and Andy provided plans for the building work we required. They were able to start work within two weeks and helped me to deal with the building regulations side of things. Nothing was too much trouble and they provided an exceptionally professional service. The end result (an extension to our kitchen) was fantastic, and there were no hidden costs in the bill. Overall, I could not recommend ASL more highly. They will be doing all our building work in the future. Thanks Andy!

David was excellent. Communication superb, always replied to emails and texts very promptly. Excellent tiling. Flexible, accommodating and nothing was too much trouble. Although he was scheduled to finish as planned at the end of the week and would have done had the taps I ordered had come on time, he came back as soon as the taps were the delivered the following week. Two bathrooms and downstairs loo done and we will be asking David to come back to do our two other bathrooms.

The sales person, Mark went through everything in meticulous detail. The team who fitted it did it in one day and the price was very reasonable. I was over the moon with this. We have had some bad weather in the last couple of weeks and so far everything seems OK. I would also say the house feels a little warmer already!

Fantastic service from Cristian - was quick to respond to the initial request, I sent him some photos and he quoted straight away, and then was here 3 days from making the request. Extremely pleasant guy who clearly knew what he was doing and from start to finish I couldn't be happier. He also fitted a chimmney cowl that I had whilst up on the roof as part of his original quote. If you want someone to do a great job, will leave the place spotless and DON'T want a dodgey roofer then he's your man.

Kurt Davis is good at communicating and listening to his customers, responds quickly and aims to give customers what they want. The quality of his work is good and he works efficiently. There were only a couple of minor 'snags' at the end of the job and he quickly returned to put them right.
