Miles helped at such short notice and as my Mum is 97, he agreed to come on Sunday to fix her lighting so she’d be safe. He told us his call-out and hourly rate, messaged when he was a bit delayed, and diagnosed fault and fixed it . He explained everything and was very tidy, no mess at all. I always have some trepidation when contacting somebody to look at a faulty boiler, especially while being new to the area. What a relief to find an honest capable tradesman. Would not hesitate to use again. One negative however is that he must need a new watch because he arrived twenty minutes early!!
