Totally amazing the 122 year old floor looks almost new, they fixed loose boards, cracks, holes, damage etc all looks stunning.

Cannot recommend highly enough, Paul and his team transformed our back garden to a lovely stone paved area with a section levelled for rubber matting for our toddlers play area. His work is to a very high standard and he was very professional. When we get more work done in the future we won't hesitate to contact him again.

Thanks so much to 1st Class Property Care for assembling my FlatPack Louis Gold Real Marble (heavy) Console Tables×2 / Lamp Tables×2 & Coffee Tables×1 as well as removing/Inspecting/re-packaging my other Louis Chrome real Marble Tables (2× Console / 2× Lamp 2×Coffee Tables), ready for putting in Storage for me to use later when changing my marble colour & frame from Gold to Chrome). They also completely rearranged all my furniture+Rugs & my Lounge, Hall & Landing have been transformed into a stunning Home.

The job was a complete en-suite shower room renovation. The existing fixtures and fittings were removed and a complete new suite installed. This requires alterations to one of the walls to increase the size of the room, and plasterwork in the en-suite and adjoining room. The wall and floor were completely tiled and new lighting, shower, basin and WC were fitted. The reason that Wayne got the job was that he appeared very professional from the outset. He arrived right on time, was knowledgeable, willing to provide ideas and provided a detailed written quote and work schedule. He allowed me the option of choosing my own materials, which he would then purchase for me to save me any hassle. He dealt with the suppliers and took delivery of the goods. One other confidence booster is the fact that he didn't take a penny until the job was complete and I was completely satisfied. Once the job began, minor changes to the specification weren't a problem. Wayne accepted changes, and provided verbal cost updates if the change had a cost impact. I would have to say that he is more than fair in terms of the additional cost of his labour and didn't take a mark-up on materials. Throughout the job he was very punctual, and his work ethic was exceptional. He obviously takes great pride in what he does, and it shows in the finished product. I would certainly recommend Wayne.

Flexible when job changed as we went along. Got rid of rubbish for me and did a great job of cleaning up after himself.
