Experienced builder NEW TO RATED PEOPLE ???? Hi everyone. I’m Mitch, I’ve been in the trade since leaving school. I am a general builder that specialises in timber work. I do most jobs from small jobs like laminate flooring all the way upto 2 storey extensions. For the larger jobs I have a reliable team of builders including electricians, plumbers and bricklayers. We are happy to quote anything, bespoke is my passion. If you can’t get someone to build it, we can! Please feel free to browse photos of my work, I will try upload a little bit of everything. Ian is a very friendly, knowledgeable and reliable chap with clearly a lot of experience in all aspects of the building trade. He completed a re rendering job and damp prevention job on my bay window. Explained exactly what he was going to do and why. Completed the job in a day and everything was neat and well done. Kept me up to date throughout as I was away. Highly recommended and reliable.
The guys were competitive with their pricing, quick to respond to questions and arrived as scheduled on time and did a great job. They worked really hard and got the jobs done in really good time. They cleared up before they left and made sure I was happy with the work. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and will be using them again soon.
I can't rate Evans&Son; (Paul) highly enough. After meeting Paul only once I was comfortable enough to be able to handover the keys to the house (which is 200 miles away from where I now live) and let Paul get on with the job (painting all walls and woodwork, replacing carpets and floor tiles, and general maintenance jobs around the house). Paul did a fantastic job, was very competitively priced, and stuck to price originally quoted.
