External Render:- Steve worked under very difficult conditions but remained calm and focused. The old render was removed carefully and meticulously before the base layer was applied. The finish layer was very smooth and professional. Steve works to a standard and didn’t rush the job. Steve was very communicative through out and happy to discuss any issues and offer advice. I am also extremely capable at doing many manual labour jobs, but often favour a shorter timeline for my clients project completion and therefore prefer to draft in experienced trades to get the job completed. Tom was not hired on this occasion for my posted job. I tried to remove/close the job post, but a glitch means I can not do so. I can only place a rating. It would be unfair to rate Tom as anything less than 5 stars as he did communicate a quote but wanted 50% up front. If I had not found a tradesman with immediate availability, it may well have worked out differently.

AVOID!! We hired DAP services as the quote was significantly cheaper than others. However, although the 'tradesman' was a nice guy, the work was very poor. DAP services did try to rectify the problems but to no avail. No partial refund was received despite being promised. This has resulted in all the plastering having to be re-done. As such we would not recommend.
