He was super knowledgeable and extremely attentive to detail, making sure to leave a high quality finish in terms of decoration - and he came back afterwards to address a few small things that needed doing. Derek took the job and took a deposit. He cancelled at the last minute. He offered other dates that did not work for us or a refund. We asked for the refund. He never replied to many messages and has not refunded us for work that was never done.
