Patrick is obviously highly skilled and he works very hard. That said, nothing is too much trouble for this young man, and it's clear that his customer's satisfaction is paramount. Graham arrived exactly when he said he would, with all the necessary materials to lay our bathroom slate floor and ceramic wall tiles. He then fixed a plasterboard problem that was not his to fix, before getting on with his tiling job. He worked 4 days solidly, right through to Sunday, to complete the job to our deadline, without any complaint or extra weekend charge. Our tiles look beautiful and I can't wait to use our new bathroom. I wish our builder was as helpful and reliable!! Thank you Graham.

They were really professional compared to the other builders that came and contacted me. The Project Manager was also on hand to answer any questions I had and offered me adviced on how best to move forward. We ended up refurbishing our entire bathroom which is looking great now.
