Visited, gave a quote. Seemed a reasonable price and so Job accepted. Said he would call with start date the next day. To date, despite leaving messages there’s unfortunately been no response. I’d really respect a person more if they could admit the job is beyond their capability at the time and save time and energy. Just be honest about it. Honesty costs nothing.

Ripped the new flashing, water pouring in. Ceiling soaked, rug ruined, laminate flooring now lifting. Didn’t turn up for 3 days. Roof still leaking. Milo did a great job of weeding my gardens, and although I’d agreed to his original quote, when he realised the job wasn’t as big as he’d originally thought, he reduced the price which was good of him as I was willing to pay the original price. Would recommend.
