James cut and fitted 3 shelves into a very awkward alcove. He managed to match the shelves we already had in another alcove. very pleased with work done. would recommend him and use him again

J.Underwood roofing did great work stripping and re-rendering our bath stone property. The flat roof, also requiring attention was re-done and a new hatch fitted all with good attention to detail. Jason and his team are the kind of people you like to do business with, honest and upfront, accommodating and skilled. Would definitely recommend.

G&J Building maintenance were prompt coming around for a quote, and came prepared (based on the information I provided in the problem description) with everything necessary to do the job. Their quote for the work was well within what I had budgeted for and they carried out the job there and then. They even fixed another small problem that they spotted for no extra charge. Excellent service and quality of finish. Restored my faith in getting reliable tradesmen! Can highly recommend.

SD roofing are polite friendly hard working and always strive for the best finish. Could not be happier with the finished product and was very well priced. Mike has been professional, honest, polite, reliable, hard working and communicative throughout and prior to works. He has often gone over and above his remit by making constructive comments on further aspects of the work we need doing, Work undertaken required structural steels putting in place with a wall removing, in addition to a refurbished roof and a new roof construction, I would not hesitate to use Mike again and would certainly recommend.

We feel so lucky to have found Colin for decorating our kitchen, family room, study, bedroom and utility room. He's done the most amazing job swiftly and efficiently and we are so pleased with his work. Not only did he do a brilliant job but he was meticulous in tidying up afterwards and always kept a smile on his face! After struggling to find a decent plasterer in the past when we needed to find someone to plaster the downstairs of our house we turned to Rated People. From the start communication with C M Lambourne Plastering was simple and straightforward, and their pricing was fair and competitive.
