I’ve been given 512 words to review Kyle and his team and only need one- AMAZING. However, I did warn Kyle, that I had so much to say that 512 might not be enough- I will try to keep it short and to the point! I have never met someone who is so enthusiastic and passionate about what they do. If his motto should be anything it should be ‘we can do that’ and he does it BRILLIANTLY. Early Communication wasn't great. Failed to mention that job only done Evenings & Weekends as in full time work - Only advised after old suite removed. Quality of work was good but finishing touches let him down a bit. Had to wash off tile adhesive from ceiling and paint it myself. Felt rushed towards end of job. Initially said rubbish would be cleared - half way through job advised he could find someone to clear it but would be extra fee!

Nice friendly guy, came round to look at the job, arranged to come back to fix the wall. I rang the day before to confirm he was coming but he said he Wouldn't be able to fix the wall (ever!!) as his truck had broken down.

They caused a gas leak, they went door to door to all my neighbors trying to quote for garden work. They took my neighbours tools and used their water without permission - that’s trespassing. They left mess in my garden. They did not do the work as agreed. Very disappointed
