After forging separate career paths in customer care, the NHS, and the plumbing industry we decided to pool our collective skills in customer service management and building industry knowledge. I learnt my trade working for the local council, and have now been in the trade for over 30 years. I have found that giving people a fixed price quotation and an honest time scale has always been the best policy. And of course we are fully insured. you don't need a deposit, you just pay when we are finished. no deposits

Nic and his friend did a great job transforming my rear garden. Nic responded to my advert immediately and with a competitive price. I did not know him but read his reviews online which were all good. He communicated honestly and I felt reassured so I paid an agreed deposit amount on the first day. Nic and his colleague removed all the old concrete slabs and replaced them with attractive ceramic ones along with the manhole lids. They worked hard and left the site very clean and tidy. Thank you so much!
